Home Affairs Interior Design

“Being able to fulfil my business goals was expedited by the release of the client, project and financial in-house administration.  Clare had huge passion for the business and our goals, and still continues to do so, with a surprising recall for previous project and clients that are well beyond usual outsourced services provision”

The Brief:

A lot had changed for Home Affairs Interior Design.  We acted quickly and effectively.  The brief included designing a new website.  Creating a presence on social media.  Finding the best channel to showcase the amazing designs plus suppliers and products.  And also to connect with existing and new clients.  Which we did, in record time.

And we didn’t lose one day of work for a business that was open 6 days a week!

We also brought  ‘up to the minute’ project visibility with a software management system.  One that was user friendly and gave clear and easy access to client and supplier communication.

The Action:

We created a Facebook platform because we needed business continuity while the website was under construction.  Then we moved the former PC based email and administration system onto Apple Mac.  To keep the team working on site we sourced laptops that also helped remote working.

And we found a simple, cloud based, customer and supplier data tool.  So this gave the Home Affairs team an accurate status of projects, purchases and current information on all clients and suppliers.

It’s been so successful that we still regularly clean the system so that the team are confident that all data is up to date and stored safely.

The Results:

We created a confident data safe systems.  With web and social media platforms regularly engaging existing and new clients.  And the changes have given Paula, the Founder and Designer, more time to fully concentrate on developing the business.
