We then assessed and audited the business processes and communications.  This gave us the detail to build a bespoke strategy for Louise.  One that would support sustainable growth plans and business development.   Also providing further clarity around the services available to her customers.   Then we developed the brand messaging ensuring it was clear an in-line across all marketing channels.

Finally we introduced new processes and systems designed to reduce the ‘creep factor’ of extra time on projects that impact the profit margin.
